As the owner and operator of the Indianapolis-based Indy Roof Company, Aaron Christy is responsible for the firm’s daily operations, alongside developing relationships with new customers. In addition, Aaron Christy meets with Realtors and insurance agents across Indianapolis to develop partnerships that extend his customer base to their customers.

With these partnerships, Mr. Christy conducts lunch and learns with these insurance agents and Realtors to educate them about the value that Indy Roof can bring to their businesses. Before this, he was the vice-president of Community Recycling Solutions, which he co-owned.

With the company, Aaron Christy provided hundreds of clients with free recycling services while the firm generated revenue from recycling these materials. During his three years as vice-president, he oversaw the processing of over 300,000 tons of materials.

In addition, Mr. Christy established community recycling days that helped to raise funds for numerous local charities. An active runner, he regularly takes part in marathons and enjoys camping and traveling.
