As the president of Dwight Capital, Aaron Krawitz draws on over a decade of experience, during which time he has developed expertise in real estate practice. Aaron Krawitz is responsible for representing his clients across a range of real estate issues, such as the sale or purchase of multifamily complexes or office buildings.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Krawitz served as Dwight Capital's general counsel and co-chief operating officer. Before joining the company, he worked as a counsel at the New York-based Gibson, Dunn, and Crutcher, for five years. He assisted clients on a range of real estate issues, such as financings, leasing and hospitality. He also provided acquisition and disposition services while representing his clients in relation to financial institutions and borrowers.
Before starting his legal career, Aaron Krawitz earned his juris doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 2007 and graduated with honors. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where was involved with multiple extracurriculars including the Daily Pennsylvanian.
