Entrepreneur and construction professional Aaron Schossau started his first company after graduating from high school. He sold Great Lakes Contracting, Inc., a residential roofing company, in 1999, and moved to California, where he worked as a recording artist with Capital Records and a writer with Warner Chapel Publishing. A member of the band Bliss 66, Aaron Schossau toured North America and had three songs on the Billboard Top 40 chart.
After leaving the music industry, Mr. Schossau became a licensed builder in the state of Michigan and founded Stonegate Luxury Homes, LLC, which grew to $10 million in revenue in just two years. The company was even named Toledo Home Builder of the Year in 2004 and 2005.
Mr. Schossau joined the international staffing firm Krore’s as vice president of marketing and operations in 2013, and later served the firm as a consultant. In 2015, he founded James & Bloom Fine Cabinetry, a company that focuses on high-end kitchen and bathroom remodels. His company is currently working on a condominium development in the Cork Town area of Detroit, Michigan.
