Prior to discussing myself, I must relay how fortunate and honored I am to have worked alongside some of the most ethical, intelligent, reputable, and successful professionals. Without them, it wouldn't be possible to be where I am today.

Background:
For the last 9+ years I've channeled my deep passion for servant leadership, subscription-based B2B, and the customer journey into a career I'm 'jump out of bed excited for' every single day.

I got my opportunity to enter the trenches of the tech space in 2010. Since then I've been fortunate to travel the globe leading Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Business Intelligence teams for companies in early to mid-stage start-up mode and across blue-chip tech and life science industries.

For close to a dedicate now, I continue to grow, personally and professionally, by doing what's uncomfortable and not allowing the 'ego' or 'fear' to speak for me. Through this, I've learned, further, how to continue refining my craft and reach desired outcomes through commitment to curiosity and acceptance.

Today I continue to serve B2B SaaS companies with tailored 'customer-ascension' solutions for Customer Lifecycle Management with immense success. This fuel and passion for customer-centric outcomes resulted in delivering over ~$1.2 Billion in combined subscription-based revenue for the following industry leading tech companies:
SAP Business Objects, Sybase, Syclo and SuccessFactors, FICO, Zebra Technologies, Extreme Networks, Microsoft, BecauseWater, and most recently SANS Institute.

Rain or shine you can find me delighting clients and driving performance outcomes to increase adoption, growth and retention of existing customer bases by forging strategic partnerships and building teams that are 'Built to Serve' not 'Built to Sell'.

Expertise includes renewals management, customer success, biz ops, digital content marketing, lost business analysis, at-risk business, and outbound/inbound sales execution.

With close to a decade of leadership experience in B2B SaaS, I can humbly say, it didn't begin this way.

The first time I led a team of any kind was at a local junk yard in high school. That was followed by running a few boutique hospitality shops throughout college. Those experiences propelled me to take my servant leader approach into the world of business technology.

The same day I earned my degree, I moved from Tampa to Nashville with a 90-day budget. I would have missed the opportunity that changed my life if I didn't take the risk of moving to a new city. On day 88, (2 days left) I landed a low-paying Sales job with a large global technology services company. 8 years later I'm only more excited about the future this profession holds.

About Me:
I'm married to my beautiful wife, Sarah, and father to a 3wk old baby girl, Georgia, and pizza loving dog, Sperry.

Living the dream in Cape Cod and the Greater Boston Area, I enjoy hiking, humor, animals, reading, and being a role model newborn baby girl. In early 2019, I'm moving my family to Scarborough, ME.
