As director of new ventures at Herman Miller in Zeeland, Michigan, Abdallah Fadel has built a team of professionals which he leads on the organization's behalf. His work includes new product development and commercialization, and in this role, he works with top technology firms to build the relationships Herman Miller needs to succeed. Abdallah Fadel worked with Kellogg Company as a treasury analyst before coming to Herman Miller, working with its corporate treasurer and pension managers to find investment solutions for the company's pension.

Before coming to the professional sector, Mr. Fadel attended Western Michigan University for an undergraduate degree in finance, then completed an MBA at Michigan State University, graduating from the MBA program in 2011.

During his free time, Mr. Fadel enjoys staying current in his field and staying active. He has attended multiple industry conventions, including Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) and the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), and travels for pleasure as well. To keep himself fit, Mr. Fadel prefers running. In what spare time remains, he likes to read.
