After graduating from John F. Kennedy High School in Bloomington, Minnesota, Adam Schwarze enlisted in the infantry of the United States Marine Corps. Stationed in San Diego, California, he oversaw his fellow service professionals as a unit leader. In the last several years of his engagement with the Marine Corps, Adam Schwarze studied political science at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
After graduating with his bachelor of arts in 2012, Adam Schwarze joined the United States Navy. He continues to serve as a Navy lieutenant in Honolulu, Hawaii.
For the past year, he has been working toward a master of liberal arts (ALM) in international studies with a specific focus on the Middle East and counter-insurgency. In addition to his ALM, he plans to graduate with dual certificates in international security and nuclear deterrence.
Outside of the professional and academic environments, Mr. Schwarze is an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. His hobbies range from skydiving and scuba diving to playing hockey and golf.
