Adrian “AJ” Poux studied law and justice at the College of New Jersey in Ewing Township. Shortly before graduating summa cum laude in 1998, he secured employment with the Amtrak Police Department in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Over his 5 years with Amtrak, Adrian J. Poux earned a number of awards and honors, including a silver star nomination for bravery, an officer of the month designation, and commendations for biological threat response, 9/11 response, and remaining injury free for a period of 5 years.
Adrian J. Poux subsequently served 12 years as a patrolman and field training officer with the Lower Makefield Township Police Department (LMTPD) in Yardley, Pennsylvania. He also acted as corporal/senior patrolman with the LMTPD, and held membership with the Bucks County Major Incident Response Team.
Adrian “AJ” Poux most recently served 3 years as a police officer with the Lock Haven University Police Department (LHUPD) in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. He functioned both as an acting LHUPD corporal and a LHUPD accreditation manager.
