I think in the Big Picture and work in the fine details. I often say, "If you are going to speak, speak with passion." In that regard, I try to bring creativity, positive energy and enthusiasm to the work place... and my goal is to always help you succeed.

My other passions has led me internationally, where I ran educational and leadership training seminars and courses in the USA • Canada • Israel • Former Soviet Union • and Poland, as well as Tikkun Olam programs in Nicaragua.
