As the senior director of member development at The Health Management Academy, Aisha Sylvain works on expanding relationships with key partners and delivers client insights that assist research activities. A resident of New York, Aisha Sylvain also consults with hospital executives to design and manage projects that align with and further clients’ corporate objectives.

In a previous position as an account director at Gartner, Ms. Sylvain identified business-growth opportunities according to factors such as sector performance, industry trends, and competitive benchmarking. Her achievement of exceeding quotas in 2018 and 2019 earned her two-time recognition among the Gartner Winner's Circle, which is reserved for the company’s top performers.

Aisha Sylvain has also maintained an interest in addressing health disparities and inequities among undeserved communities. When she served as the health care business development associate director for The Advisory Board Company, Ms. Sylvain functioned as the recruitment cochair of the People of Color Affinity Group. Among her responsibilities was spearheading initiatives for recruiting students from numerous cultural backgrounds.
