As a division head with the Transforce Group, Albert “Al” Hanley III oversees the daily management of eight regional commercial driving instruction facilities from offices in Miami, Florida. This position places Al Hanley III in charge of 100 employees and training operations that generate annual revenues of approximately $20 million.
Before joining the Transforce team in 2018, Albert Hanley III served 22 years as president and chief executive officer of the Commercial Driver’s License School. While managing all four branches of this Miami-based national training organization, he instituted a number of employee friendly human resource policies and programs including Troops into Transportation, which has helped more than 6000 former military service members transition into the ground transportation industry.
Outside the professional arena, Mr. Hanley enjoys golfing, hiking, and sailing. He is also an avid reader who particularly enjoys the novels of Stephen King and nonfiction writing on subjects that relate to business and science.
