Alex Anninos is an experienced real estate professional who serves as Atlantic Coast Homes’ Realtor partner, a role he began in 2017. With the company, which was named the No. 1 real estate team in the area, Alex Anninos concentrates on properties in Salem, Massachusetts, and the greater community.

Mr. Anninos is also involved in many of the company’s philanthropic efforts. In 2018, he helped with its annual backpack and food and toy drive, which raised $15,000 for the nonprofits Birthday Wishes and Citizens for Adequate Housing. Through Atlantic Coast Homes, he has also helped raise funds for several scholarships and other local charities.

During his nearly 15-year career Mr. Anninos has received numerous awards, such as two Diamond Awards, which he earned while at RE/MAX Village Properties.

Before entering real estate, Alex Anninos attended Northwestern University, which he graduated from magna cum laude in 1998. He holds a bachelor of science in business and dual-majored in finance and marketing, with a minor in communications.
