Based in Long Island, Allan L. Pashcow serves as managing partner of Town Realty Co., LLC. His areas of leadership focus include negotiating contracts and meeting the needs of diverse tenants. Allan L. Pashcow also oversees aspects of operations such as budgeting and managing staff at the firm, which he has been with since 1988.

The portfolio Mr. Pashcow oversees spans 1,200 rental apartment units, and he coordinates the efforts of office and on-site managers. He maintains qualifications as a Certified Property Manager earned at the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago. He also holds a bachelor’s of business administration with an emphasis on finance and accounting from Iona College.

Mr. Pashcow maintains an active presence in his local community and serves on the board of the Diabetes Research Institute.
