Allen Bodner is an established presence in the New York legal sphere who has practiced as an attorney for many years. In addition to his private attorney’s practice, he has engaged with the real estate firm Cammeby's International Ltd., as counsel for two decades.

Mr. Bodner’s representative cases include a successful outcome in Fischer v. Massachusetts Casualty Insurance Company. This federal suit set precedent as the first time that a health insurance policy’s incontestable clause had been shown to cover a pre-existing, yet unknown, condition.

Representing the Estate of Isaac Kramer in the Kings County Surrogate's Court, Mr. Bodner demonstrated that a signed pledge of $1.8 million was void in a case where the educational institute recipient delayed acting on it without a reasonable cause.

Mr. Bodner’s community involvement includes a past role as president of Yeshivah of Flatbush, the largest Hebrew Day School nationwide. He has also instructed students at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice as an adjunct professor of law.
