Allen Fitzsimmons is the owner of Talon Furniture Gallery in Amherst, MA. In addition to his work with Talon Furniture, he has also led the Belchertown, MA, business Transitioning Forward as chief executive officer since 2013. As part of the firm’s executive leadership team, he oversees all day to day operations, particularly when it comes to optimizing communications with clients regarding property sales, settling estates, and similar processes. Belchertown-based Allen Fitzsimmons plays an instrumental role in reviewing a client’s assets and inventory and determining the property's fair market value. He also has experience supporting law firms as they assess property involved in divorce proceedings and estate matters.

Mr. Fitzsimmons studied economics and political science at the University of Rochester, where he earned a bachelor of arts. He continued his education as part of the university’s master of science in management program. Prior to joining the Transitioning Forward team, he spent time as an AFLAC life agent in Sturbridge. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Allen Fitzsimmons spends his time tracking financial trends and investing in real estate, and he also makes time for physical pursuits such as cycling, hiking, and tennis.
