Drawing on over two decades of experience in advertising and marketing, Amy Hefti is the head of marketing at NCL Government Capital, which she joined in 2019. Since starting in the position, Amy Hefti has relaunched the firm’s corporate website while also designing and updating NCL’s branding and launching the company's first ever advertising campaign to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Before joining NCL, Ms. Hefti served as Accenture Interactive’s senior director for two years, serving as a critical member of the Accenture / Bank of American pitch team due to the depth of her expertise in financial services branding and advertising. She represented marketing in a multimillion dollar Bank of America pitch that led to an additional contract for Accenture and a large branding assignment for her global team.
Also in the role, she was responsible for leading a team of 18 people overseeing the strategic program responsible for educating customers about improving their financial literacy. This included different aspects of the Better Money Habits campaign, which manifested itself in content marketing, social media, long form videos and digital marketing. All are part of Bank of America's efforts to give back to the communities they serve.
A politically-minded individual, Amy Hefti has also worked on a local mayoral campaign as a manager. She holds a bachelor of arts in advertising, which she earned from Iowa State University in 1998.
