Since starting his own law firm in 2011, Anastacio Mindiola has argued civil cases for clients as they pursue justice for a variety of wrongs. Anastacio Mindiola has represented clients affected by undisclosed medication side effects, manufacturing defects, and defective products.
Mr. Mindiola’s work has included cases in which clients have been wronged by their insurance companies as well as cases in which clients experienced catastrophic personal injuries. Mr. Mindiola has also worked on cases involving insurance claims, particularly those caused by storms such as hail and hurricanes.
A graduate of the South Texas College of Law, Mr. Mindiola earned several awards at the university and was a member of the varsity moot court team. He also received the Ruth R. Bettes Scholarship as well as the Judge James DeAnda Scholarship from the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston.
