Andrea Gumrich is an experienced North Carolina-based dressage rider who owns and operates American Equine Sales, where she trains and sells horses and teaches dressage. As a rider, Andrea Gumrich has competed at the highest level and earned a United States Dressage Federation (USDF) gold medal in 2016.

Ms. Gumrich has also received silver and bronze USDF medals and has trained and competed with multiple horses at various levels of dressage, including one in Grand Prix.

A three-star-rated Centerline Scores rider, Ms. Gumrich has earned top-10 finishes in competitions such as the Region 1 Open Intermediate Championship, Region 1 Freestyle 3rd Level Championship, and CBLM Intermediaire I MFS Finals. Ms. Gumrich offers private riding lessons at her 22-acre farm with seven stall barns. Prospective riders can bring their own horses or use the farm's dressage-ready horses.
