Over more than three years with Discover Card as a collections representative, Andrew Hopely has earned two promotions and a pair of awards. Responsible for managing credit accounts, promoting savings, and contacting members with past due accounts, Andrew Hopely received the company's Award for Excellence in customer service and earned a checkered flag for having the highest numbers in his department. He has also advanced his skills in finance collections and data systems in this position.

Prior to joining Discover Card, Andrew Hopely worked as a community service representative with AmeriCorps, where he taught various subjects to students and built houses in communities in need of assistance. He previously served for five years as a youth leader at Arizona's Church at Litchfield Park.

Mr. Hopely holds a bachelor's degree in education from Arizona State University. He previously attended the University of Arizona's School of Engineering, where he earned the President's Scholarship. He is fluent in American Sign Language and conversant in Spanish.
