Andrew Jares Oldfield is an engineer and project manager who has experience in all facets of construction, from development to close-out. A superintendent with Holder Construction, Andrew Jares Oldfield was hired through Randstad Engineering to help complete the 175-acre Apple Park campus, the corporate headquarters of Apple, Inc. Designed to encompass 2.8 million square feet of office space as well as a 100,000-square-foot fitness center and a 1,000-seat auditorium, the headquarters opened in 2017 while still under construction.
Andrew Oldfield's previous construction experience includes periods with Bergman KPRS, Crown Acquisitions, and UDC Corp. From 2010 to 2013, while pursuing a bachelor's degree with a focus on cinema from Humboldt State University, he served as a property manager with Cloverfield & Broadway Limited, where he was tasked with overseeing a Southern California commercial space with seven retail tenants. He also earned a Level 6 Apprenticeship from Iron Workers Union Local 416.
Beyond his professional pursuits, he enjoys photography and has spent time volunteering at the Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve in Playa Del Rey, California.
