An entrepreneur and businessman in Atlanta, GA, Andrew Momon earned his bachelor's degree in sports and facilities management from Johnson C. Smith University. Subsequently, Andrew Momon accepted a position as athletic director of the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church's Family Life Center, where he spent a decade overseeing athletic events and community programs.
In 2012, Mr. Momon began serving as senior ministry director at New Birth where he assisted the senior ministry leaders and pastor in guiding the ministry's mission in several areas from worship to outreach. That same year, he co-founded Momon Leadership, an international consulting firm supplying leadership development services. In this position, he continues to focus on encouraging qualities, such as intergenerational links, maintaining values, and servant leadership.
Since then, Mr. Momon has assisted his Pastor/Bishop as logistics coordinator and lead adjutant for speaking engagements around the world, and served as chief leadership officer at New Birth. He also joined the John Maxwell Team as a certified coach, speaker, and trainer. Then, in 2018, he became the lead pastor at Victory Midtown in Atlanta, GA.
