A specific development area for Mr. Shapiro and his team has been Quincy, Massachusetts, where $23 million in properties were acquired in 2015. The ongoing revitalization of the urban core spans office, retail, and residential properties, with an emphasis on hotels and apartments.
Prior to his endeavors with LBC, Andrian Shapiro founded Massachusetts pharmacies and rehabilitation centers. Originally from the Ukraine, he earned his undergraduate degree at the Institute of Economics in Kiev and completed legal studies summa cum laude at Odessa Law Academy.
