AER Management’s CEO and President Angel Rodriguez is a renowned music industry luminary, producer, and DJ. After launching his career as a successful DJ, he was drafted in 1982 to serve an key purpose as one of three original DJs to broadcast his club set over the Miami airwaves via SUPER Q’s legendary “La Discoteca en el Aire.” During that time, Angel was one of the first DJs to incorporate what is known today as “The Sound of Miami,” and for his efforts, he earned the coveted 2010 "Miami Dance Music Award." He has also managed acts signed to multi-platinum international artist Pitbull’s label Mr. 305 INC. and currently manages multi-Grammy Award-winning salsa act Hansel y Raul.
