Board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon Dr. Anil Kumar Kesani has delivered restorative spinal treatments for nearly a decade. Anil Kesani, MD, has practiced in spine centers in Texas and Illinois. Since 2019, he founded and has worked as a staff surgeon at SpineMD in North Richland Hills, Texas.

In this role, Dr. Kesani advocates for the minimally invasive treatment of chronic spinal conditions. In addition, he performs motion-preserving operations, including stem-cell interventions and spinal injections. He has held a Texas medical license since 2015.

A longtime fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Dr. Kesani completed his bachelor’s degree and medical degree at University College London. While there, he received multiple academic awards, including the prestigious Esther Frances White Memorial Prize.

After graduating with distinction, Dr. Kesani went on to complete a surgical residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, followed by a dual orthopedic and neurosurgery fellowship at the University of Western Ontario.
