Ann Brandau-Murguia is an established Kansas City, Kansas, professional who has served as executive director of the Argentine Neighborhood Development Association for more than a dozen years. Working within one of the state’s lowest-income neighborhoods, Ann Brandau-Murguia has spearheaded revitalization efforts that included the raising of more than $2 million toward the funding of a new library.

Ms. Brandau-Murguia additionally holds responsibilities as 3rd District Commissioner with the Unified Government Board of Commissioners, representing area residents’ interests at the local government level.
