Originally from rural Minnesota, Anthony Hartman completed studies in electrical engineering at North Dakota State University and subsequently pursued an MBA at the University of South Dakota. As a United States Air Force captain and technical engineer in the mid-1980s, he was charged with oversight of 150 Minuteman II nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles. Next serving as an Ellsworth Air Force Base officer, he earned achievement awards and commendation medals for meritorious service.
Tony Hartman’s business experience includes a position as MITRE Corporation manager, responsible for identifying new business models and performance forecasting. In the process of representing some federal agency clients, he was trusted with information vital to national security.
