Anthony Snoddy is the owner of GreenMoxie Australia Pty Ltd in Perth, Australia, a company that makes fencing from 65 percent recycled plastics. Anthony Snoddy has served in this industry for 46 years.
Mr. Snoddy began his career at General Motors (GM) in a material management position. Employed in corporate and manufacturing divisions, he finished his tenure on the GM Procurement Staff responsible for engineering staffing, robotics, construction and other commodities.
After GM, Mr. Snoddy became the president and owner of Exemplar Manufacturing Company in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The company supplied metal fasteners and electrical wiring systems to GM, Ford, and Chrysler.
A graduate of Eastern Michigan University (EMU) with a BS in industrial technology (who has also done graduate work), Mr. Snoddy has earned several accolades. He has been ranked as one of the top 10 out of 100 minority-owned businesses by Black Enterprise, as well as attaining recognition from the EMU Business School Entrepreneur Hall of Fame and as the University's Distinguished Alumni.
Finally, Mr. Snoddy is an active philanthropist. He has served in multiple educational institutions and charities, and donates to such organizations as the Urban League and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
