For the last past 10 years, I worked as a “rainmaker” as the Director of Business Development and Operations in a San Diego law firm. This was a crucial business-critical role that I enjoyed for many years. I am a highly motivated individual focused on executing activities and exceeding expirations of board members and financial targets. Having the many years to demonstrate the ability to build a team of advocates, strong solution skills, and enough tenacity to ensure business objectives were met on a consistent basis. It is first hand nature for me to balance between tactical implementation of programs, strategic decision making and working effectively with business owners, clients, external stakeholders including CEO’s, board members, attorney’s nationally and internationally. I am passionate about what I do, and it shows in my work and proven track record.
