Since 1975, Long Island resident Arthur Godsell has operated Godsell Construction Corporation based in Hicksville, New York (NY). As president and co-owner, he handles sales as well as all day-to-day operations in this second-generation family business. He also stays abreast of developments in the world of construction, and eagerly looks forward to changes in the way buildings are constructed. During the first years of his work with the business, Arthur Godsell also attended Farmingdale State University of New York, where he studied business administration and management.

During his spare time, Mr. Godsell participates in a wide range of philanthropic and community group activities. He sponsors a college student through the Fresh Air Fund, and takes a man who is disabled shopping once every week. He is also part of the Energia Group, the Long Island Association, the Oyster Bay Cove Zoning Board, and NU Health. He enjoys outdoor activities, including boating, golf, sporting clays and skeet shooting, and belongs to Huntington Country Club.
