While studying for his BS in management and marketing at the University of Oregon (UO), Barclay Grayson served as the treasurer of both the Beta Theta Pi House and the Interfraternity Council. He was also elected to serve on the Incidental Fee Committee. Shortly after graduating from UO, Barclay Grayson of Portland studied for his MBA in finance and real estate at Columbia Business School. Since 2003, he has served in an executive capacity at BPM Real Estate Group in Portland.

With a particular interest in EB-5 and Opportunity Zone funding, Mr. Grayson directs BPM’s financing activity for real estate development and acquisition activity concerning hotel and office space, senior living facilities, and multi-family housing. One of the company’s most prominent projects is the nine-story GOLD Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-certified Pearl West, which was sold in 2017 at the highest sale price per square foot of all time in Oregon.

Supplementing more than 15 years of executive leadership experience at BPM, Mr. Grayson attends industry events like the Radisson Conference, the Meet the Money Conference, and the Opportunity Zone Conference.
