Being inquisitive about my client’s goals is the heart of my philosophy. Understanding people’s distinct motivations, styles, and differences are essential for positive action and problem solving. Using my humanities background in conjunction with my legal education, I take the time to listen and build productive teams. I am especially interested in both policy drafting and transactional work because I thrive on finding common ground between parties in complex situations and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
I am currently a 3L at the University of Southern California pursuing a Business Law Certificate and a law clerk at The Cheesecake Factory’s corporate office where I have had the opportunity to work on policy work, international contracts, employment discrimination, mediations, trademark infringement, and drafting settlement agreements. I am planning on taking the Colorado July 2017 bar and anticipate moving to the Denver metro area in May. I am actively pursuing full-time employment in a firm with a focus on corporate/taxation issues.
