A graduate of the University of Dayton, Bassem Mansour holds a bachelor of science in psychology as well as a master of business administration from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. In 2001, he founded Resilience Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based investment firm that focuses on manufacturing, distribution, and business service companies with sustainable market positions. In his nearly 20 years as co-chief executive officer of Resilience, Bassem Mansour has helped the company expand to include 5,000 employees and oversee more than $480 million across a diverse portfolio.

A member of the Cleveland chapter of the Young Presidents Organization, Mr. Mansour previously served as a trustee of the Hathaway Brown School and the Western Reserve Land Conservancy. Earlier in his career, he held positions with KeyBanc Capital Markets and McDonald Investments. Outside his work with Resilience, Bassem Mansour speaks frequently on topics related to private equity and distressed investing, and his writing has appeared multiple times in the Smart Business magazine.
