A graduate of Loyola Marymount University’s School of Law in Los Angeles, Ben Lyon has served as senior/general counsel with multiple businesses and was a pro bono attorney with both California Lawyers for the Arts and the Bar Association of San Francisco. His work with the San Francisco Bar also involved chairing its International Law Committee. Ben Lyon has also provided practical business training and legal instruction as an adjunct professor with the University of San Francisco School of Law and various law schools of notable international prestige, including Trinity College in Dublin Ireland and Charles University in Prague.

For the past 5 years, he has worked part-time as vice president/general counsel with Calumino and as executive vice president/general counsel with Immix BioPharma. In addition to providing general legal and business leadership for Immix, he oversees corporate and commercial development matters to aid in the company’s biopharmaceutical nanotechnology cancer treatment platform.

When he isn’t working, Mr. Lyon travels extensively throughout the world. His other hobbies include hiking, cycling, tennis, and exploring for precious and semi-precious minerals and gems.
