As a disability rights attorney, Bianca Catherine Knight leverages her litigation, negotiation, and mediation skills to advocate for the rights of clients. She assumed this role following receipt of her juris doctor from the Belmont University College of Law, where she graduated in the top 10 percent of her class of 117 students. Named to the dean's list for five out of her six semesters of study, Bianca Catherine Knight also received the Dean's Award for Most Outstanding Student in four courses, including Alternative Dispute Resolution and Constitutional Law.

Ms. Knight attended law school as the recipient of five scholarships, two being the Belmont University Bruin Scholarship for Academic Performance and the Floyd Qualls Memorial Scholarship. She also accepted scholarships from the Middle Tennessee Council of the Blind and the Council of Citizens with Low Vision International, having entered law school not long after losing her vision to a condition known as Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON.)

Bianca Catherine Knight applied for and attended law school by embracing methods of study that did not require sight. Her successes include her passing of the bar exam on her first attempt. She remains committed to using her credentials as a legal practitioner to protect the rights of others with disabilities.
