William “Bill” Pote serves as the chief executive officer of MegaPhase, a Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer specializing in microwave and radio-frequency components. Since founding the company three decades ago, Bill Pote has built its client base to include major firms in the defense, aerospace, and telecommunications industries.

In working with defense contractors, William Pote and MegaPhase have been primarily focused on manufacturing microwave and radio frequency cables and connectors to help the military expand and improve its communications networks. He also maintains important relationships with the National Defense Industrial Association and the Association of the United States Army.

Outside of his work, Bill Pote is committed to providing help to former service members. He founded the NorthStar Foundation of New Jersey, a nonprofit that provides direct financial assistance to veterans and those with disabilities in times of need. He also supports other charitable organizations including the March of Dimes and Autism Speaks. In his leisure time, he enjoys maintaining his koi pond, writing songs, and playing guitar.
