Accomplished entrepreneur Bill Scuorzo is the president and CEO of BCG Advisors, an insurance brokerage firm he started in 1999 with a vision of providing companies and nonprofit organizations with tailored employee benefits solutions. Through his visionary leadership, Bill Scuorzo has grown his firm into a large independent commercial insurance company that serves thousands of small businesses.

Mr. Scuorzo holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Scranton, where he played on the school’s basketball team for two years. After graduating, he started his career as a new business representative working for a large insurance carrier. It is there that Mr. Scuorzo identified shifts in the employee benefits space, propelling him to start BCG Advisors to optimize the value of employee benefits while reducing costs to companies.

Drawing on his entrepreneurial success with BCG Advisors, Mr. Scuorzo launched AndAme Investments, a company that invests in small businesses. He now uses his own experience growing a startup to help other small companies gain the advantages they need to grow.
