A graduate of the Loyola University Chicago School of Dentistry in Maywood, Illinois, Dr. Blaine Cusack went on to earn advanced certifications from the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. His areas of clinical interest include cranial facial growth and development, temporomandibular joint disorders, and oral appliances for the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea. Since graduating from dental school in 1984, Dr. Blaine Cusack has practiced dentistry with Lagrange Jaw Pain Management in Lagrange, Illinois.

Using an intricate diagnostic system that includes both standard blood tests and other tests, Dr. Cusack works with the rest of a patient’s health care team to treat pain, using a variety of holistic and biological dentistry techniques. He also sees a range of dental orthopedic and orthodontic patients. In addition to his Lagrange Jaw Pain Management practice, Dr. Blaine Cusack gives back to his community as the dental director at the DuPage County Jail.
