A skilled student athlete who both swam and wrestled at San Carlos High School in San Carlos, California, Blair Dee Fredericks subsequently relocated to the Puget Sound region of the state of Washington. Settling just across the Puget Sound from Seattle in the small town of Port Townsend, Blair Dee Fredericks ultimately graduated from Port Townsend High School in 1979.
Over the course of his career, he worked extensively in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving tenures as a meat cutter with the San Carlos Food Center in San Carlos, an escrow assistant with Fidelity National Title Insurance in Cupertino, and a pharmacy technician with Stanford Hospitals and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto. He prepared for his pharmacy work by obtaining a pharmacy tech certificate from Silicon Valley Tech College in San Jose, graduating at the top of his class with a perfect grade point average of 4.0. Mr. Fredericks currently lives in the Seattle suburb of Everett.
