As the managing director of Silicon Valley-based Pacific Venture Fund, Boris Goldstein has established a diverse portfolio that includes private investments, management buyouts, and initial public offerings (IPOs). Boris Goldstein serves as a member of the boards of numerous companies across industries, including minerals, energy, alternative energy, technology, and media, and is the founder and director of eForex, an online foreign currency exchange service that has processed more than $60 billion in transactions.

Dr. Boris Goldstein holds a master of business administration in applied mathematics from Latvia Technical University and a PhD in applied mathematics from Rigas Tehniska Universitate. He established his first company in 1989, developing software for banks and other corporations. A member of professional organizations such as the International Cannabinoids Society and the Council of Engineering and Scientific Society, he has been named to the Who’s Who in International Business. In his free time, Dr. Goldstein enjoys traveling, cave exploring, and diving.
