Brad Rostolsky of Ambler, Pennsylvania, joined Philadelphia’s Reed Smith, LLP, as a health care transactional and regulatory lawyer in 2006. He continues to support the international business law firm as a partner leading the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Health Privacy and Security practice. Brad Rostolsky has enjoyed a number of honors and awards over the course of his legal career, including being listed among the 2010 PA Legal Intelligencer Lawyers on the Fast Track and recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2015. In addition to health care privacy, he is well versed in addressing matters of fraud and abuse in the health care industry.
Mr. Rostolsky, a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and co-chair of the association’s Health Law Committee, studied health policy at the Emory University Rollins School of Public Health. He received his juris doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh.
