A real estate development and construction professional with more than 25 years of experience, Brandon Colella currently leads Clayton Construction Inc. as president. In addition to hiring and mentoring staff, he works to build community and vendor relations for the new firm. Previously, Brandon Colella spent five years as president of 77 LLC, acquiring and revitalizing 22 underperforming properties in southwest Pennsylvania. He also oversaw all aspects of property management, including tenant selection, maintenance, and repairs for the firm’s properties.

Over the course of his construction career, Mr. Colella has also served as the president of a successful construction company and as a site foreman with Brian Homes Inc., where he gained experience in building operations procedures such as scheduling inspections, operating equipment, and supervising staff to ensure compliance with all codes.

A graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Colella holds a Bachler of arts in liberal arts. Outside of work, he supports a charitable organization that connects South Hills families in need with essential resources.
