Brandon Guest has built a career as a South Carolina-based leader in the field of employee benefits. Currently working with global insurance brokerage and consultancy Gallagher, where he has served as Charleston-area president since 2011, he has spent more than three decades designing and delivering innovative programs that meet the diverse needs of organizations. Over this time, Brandon Guest has improved outcomes for clients through account-based incentive plans, alternative funding vehicles, wellness programs, and other creative strategies.

Brandon Guest regularly shares his expertise as a guest speaker, and his writing has appeared in the pages of Benefits Quarterly, a publication of the International Society of Employee Benefits Specialists, where he maintains status as a fellow. Also recognized as a registered health underwriter by American College and a certified employee specialist by the Wharton School, he holds an MHA from the Medical University of South Carolina and a BA in economics from Duke University.

Outside of his career, Mr. Guest gives back to the community through his support of Stephen Ministries, a nonprofit Christian organization committed to helping those facing hardship. Physically active, he enjoys biking and swimming in his free time.
