Glickstein has proven himself to be a skilled businessman, with a natural ability to launch and scale successful businesses within the mortgage industry. The success of Monster Lead Group can be partly attributed to Glickstein’s skill in unifying and integrating the various functions of a business into a singular and successful vision.
He honed his commercial and process management skills in the title industry. Originating and managing accounts that generated over 1,000 units per month, his sales activities generated $20MM annual revenue.
Outside his work life, Glickstein is an avid traveler who has visited every continent except for Antarctica. A firm believer in packing light, Glickstein enjoys learning about different cultures and communities, as well as meeting other likeminded travelers. Tokyo, Jamaica and Borobudur in Central Java, Indonesia are amongst some of Glickstein’s favorite destinations - and he continues to travel frequently, sometimes bringing his children with him.
