The CEO of The Ross Dulan Group, Brenda Ross-Dulan has led a diverse career as a financial executive, which has led her to develop a deep commitment to providing sustainable, holistic, practical, and uniquely tailored services. For two decades, Brenda Ross-Dulan wore many hats at Wells Fargo and Company, ultimately becoming the executive vice president and region president of its Southern New Jersey Region. As executive vice president, she provided strategic leadership to nearly 150 financial centers with a workforce of 1,700 and deposits exceeding $12 billion. Among her primary responsibilities, she oversaw distribution strategies, performance planning, personnel and salary administration, operational integrity, and additional related duties.

As a result of her efforts, Brenda Ross-Dulan attained diverse accomplishments. For instance, she achieved record net-income-after-taxes performance, led the merger and conversion of the Southern New Jersey Region of Wachovia through Wells Fargo, and developed a grassroots approach to community-based banking that improved the bank’s visibility and reputation as a dedicated corporate leader.
