Brent Baiotto is a respected presence in the change delivery and management sphere who has led technology transformation efforts in a diversity of corporate settings. Since creating the independent consulting firm Integrated Holistic Services with his wife in 2015, Brent Baiotto has assisted several companies in undertaking technology assessments and developing M&A execution playbooks.

Mr. Baiotto has also worked with clients in the design and development of Enterprise Project Management Offices, which encompass corporate change in the project governance, training, methodology, and reporting spheres. Serving as Freedom Mortgage’s executive vice president of the Business Transformation/Strategic Initiatives Office, he set in place infrastructure required to support the rapid expansion plans of an emerging financial services company.

Mr. Baiotto’s experience extends to a past position as transition program office executive with Bank of America in Westlake, California. From 2008 to 2009, Brent Baiotto facilitated a complex integration effort between Bank of America and Countrywide Mortgage that successfully ensured the on-time launch of a new legal entity spanning ~300,000 personnel.
