Since 2015, Brent Fouch has engaged as the CEO of Black Ice Advisors, LLC, an investment fund that provides capital to publicly traded organizations. Before that, he supplied a host of thought-controlled software solutions as the founder and CEO of Mind Solutions, Inc. There, Brent Fouch developed not only next-generation neural processing technology that spans several software applications, but also a smartphone-compatible brainwave-reading micro EEG headset.

An alumnus of the University of California, San Diego, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Mr. Fouch became a licensed stockbroker in 1993, at which time he joined Chatfield Dean Investment Bankers. From 1998 to 2001, he provided boutique solutions centered on corporate investor relations as the CEO of Action Stocks, Inc. He subsequently served as the CEO of Blackhawk Financial, Inc., where he engineered a number of company entries on the over-the-counter stock market.

A professional off-road racer, Mr. Fouch competes in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series.
