Based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Brian Brecheisen has extensive experience as a manufacturing reliability engineer and manager. Most recently serving as operations project engineer with Charter Steel, Brian Brecheisen oversaw capital projects spanning several sites, including a Cleveland project that involved overhead power line relocation and new road construction.

Mr. Brecheisen previously served as maintenance manager with Bull Moose Tube, guiding a full range of maintenance activities at the structural steel tube manufacturing facility. Overseeing more than a dozen maintenance technicians, machinists, clerks, and contractors, he reported to the plant manager directly. A key accomplishment involved transforming the plant from one that featured 100 percent reactive maintenance to one that had a proactive, standardized maintenance program in place.

Brian Brecheisen earned his bachelor of science in electrical engineering at the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and was recognized in 2004 for leading the IEEE Central Indiana Outstanding Senior Power Engineering Project. He more recently completed an MBA at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
