A managing partner of Donahue & Kremer LLC for more than 20 years, Brian Donahue, CPA, leads the New Jersey company in providing auditing services for non-public companies. Specifically, Brian Donahue, CPA, and the firm focus on introducing brokers and commodity pools, as well as providing tax services for corporations and individuals.

Previously, Mr. Donahue served as a controller with American Futures Group, where he implemented annual budgets and helped reduce overhead costs by 20 percent for the retail futures commission merchant. He also developed internal management reports that helped inform and improve economic decision-making at the upper management level.

Mr. Donahue holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Lehigh University. He began his career as a staff auditor with Price Waterhouse & Co., before joining the New York Mercantile Exchange as a compliance auditor in 1980. Mr. Donahue maintains membership in professional organizations such as the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
