Brian Sidman comes to his role having served as executive vice president for a sponsor of a self-storage and parking lot real estate investment trust (REIT) which acquired more than $100 million of assets nationwide. Similarly, as senior vice president for a shopping center REIT and its sponsor, he facilitated the acquisition of more than $250 million in grocery anchored retail assets.

Being very entrepreneurial with extensive relationships in a number of industries, Brian Sidman has participated as a lead investor in venture opportunities. He has diverse experience implementing results-driven strategies, which he draws on to facilitate the creation of new platforms.
