Experienced in tower design and construction, Brian Vanderburgh has facilitated the building of multistory destination properties in Las Vegas, New York, and Florida. He has managed construction of key design elements for Wynn and Encore Resorts and the Bellagio Resort and Casino, and has overseen construction of hotel towers, restaurants, night clubs, and beach pools. Brian Vanderburgh has facilitated the building of resort properties up to 53 stories in height and up to 3.4 million in square footage.

With a keen eye for detail, Mr. Vanderburgh focuses on all aspects of a project, from the creation of conceptual designs to the completion of construction. He brings this expertise to bear in evaluating key project completion elements, including scope of work and the impact of local building codes and regulations.

Mr. Vanderburgh comes to his work with a bachelor of science in construction management from Utica College. He has since served in management roles on more than $6 billion in projects and has worked with such development companies as Perini Building Company, Seneca Construction Management, and Wynn Design and Development.

Now based in Florida, Mr. Vanderburgh maintains active membership in the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Associated General Contractors’ Florida East Coast Chapter.
