A veteran of the finance field, Brian Zolke held multiple positions at Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina, including treasury fulfillment and service manager at a commercial contact center. In this role, he pitched ideas to senior management with an eye toward increasing satisfaction for both customers and employees. Brian Zolke also helped guide a project that improved communication between the contact center and resolution service staff in order to better handle client requests.
Prior to this position, Brian Zolke held several other leadership positions with Bank of America, including serving as a treasure fulfillment and service advisor for the commercial contact center and the exception wire services department. He began his career with the firm in 2013 as an assistant manager at a Charlotte-based financial center.
Brian Zolke completed a bachelor’s of business administration with concentrations in economics and finance from Texas Tech University. While he isn’t working, Mr. Zolke enjoys reading about professional development and history, doing home improvement projects, and getting out in the fresh air for a hike or mountain biking.
